Please Note: GS1 Alliance currently do not make barcode images. They rely on GS1 Alliance partners to provide a digital barcode service and generate barcodes to the GS1 standards.
All barcodes printed must be sent to GS1 for barcode verification and pass strict GS1 guidelines. Once the barcode has passed the verification process GS1 then issue a certificate of approval for the supermarkets to accept the product being barcoded. Barcodes that fail the verification process have to be reprinted and tested again at GS1 prior to certificate being issued.
